First edition, first printing. Original red cloth with black titles to the upper board and spine, in dustwrapper. A very good copy, the boards square and without fading, though with a faint mark to the upper board. the contents bear a previous owner's inscription and stamps to the half title and verso, and some spotting to the text block edge, but are otherwise clean throughout. Complete with the lightly rubbed and nicked dustwrapper which has a few small closed tears without loss. Not price-clipped (7/6 net to the front flap).
