DI-FACED TENNER (Ten Pound Note)

A genuine Banksy fake tenner. Featuring a portrait of Princess Diana replacing that of Her Majesty the Queen and printed "I Promise to Pay the Bearer on Demand the Ultimate Price." The reverse features the Darwin portrait and the statement: "Trust No One." Handed out at the preview night of Banksy's Santa's Ghetto exhibition in 2004 in relatively large numbers, there was also a limited edition print of a full uncut sheet. Essentially, this example has cast-iron provenance (beware of expensive imitations!).
